Some cardinal rules for remote working from home: don’t lounge on a couch – sit upright at a desk and in a well lit area if possible, dress workplace casual, (no pajamas, bathrobe, or even less attire), try to eat breakfast before you log on and begin working, schedule a few short breaks during the day to strecth your legs and excercise, and choose a quiet area with as few distractions as possible.
If you’re able to acheive all or most of these suggestions, it will not only allow you to be more productive, but also create a positive emotional and mental state of mind, while avoiding any physical aliments.
