Our Mission & Approach

We launched WeCruitr at the start of the Covid-19 pandemic. Our mission was to help people find new jobs during this difficult time-for free. We did this by providing the tools and advice to help people successfully navigate the job search process. This includes building comprehensive recruiter and career coach directories, a robust job board, curating and writing informative career articles, creating podcasts and master class videos, hosting online WeMeetups and so much more.

It’s hard to believe that nearly a year has passed. We’ve made the site free, as we understand times have been hard for everyone. To keep this mission going, we’d like to ask for your help.
